Although Denver is home to many reputable mediators, Empower Mediations is uniquely positioned to help you resolve your workplace issues in the most healthy, holistic, and efficient manner: 

  • We listen. We take the time to understand each party’s factual and legal position and the particular circumstances underlying each case. You will be heard. 
  • We are straight shooters.  We will confidentially identify the strengths and weaknesses in each party’s position, providing an honest and direct case assessment to push the parties to settlement.  Many mediators tiptoe around parties’ blind spots and unrealistic expectations.  Not us. 
  • We are patient, persistent, and prepared.  We are thorough in our review of the specific factual and legal issues of each case well in advance of the mediation and diligently steer the parties towards a mutually beneficial resolution. 
  • We offer Spanish-language mediations in addition to our traditional mediations in English.   
  • We are committed to supporting our community.  We are female-owned and donate both our time and financial resources to Colorado non-profits. 
  • We prioritize the parties’ physical and emotional well-being, ensuring that the mediation process is as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.  Everyone is treated with dignity, courtesy, and respect.  The mediation environment will be comfortable, supportive, and non-judgmental. 
  • We adhere to a strict “no asshole” policy.  No name-calling, rude, or otherwise offensive behavior will be tolerated. 
  • We offer special, discounted rates to non-profits and government entities.
