As a certified mediator and attorney with over 20 years of employment law experience, Natalia brings a unique blend of expertise in communication, negotiation, and emotional intelligence to every mediation session.

Professional Experience
Natalia is a multi-lingual mediator and employment law attorney with significant experience representing corporate, municipal, and non-profit clients in employment-related matters.
Natalia's employment law practice spans both the public and private arenas. As a Senior Denver City Attorney, Natalia was responsible for:
- Representing Denver in state and federal workplace lawsuits, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA and FLSA claims;
- Advising various City agencies, including the Denver Public Library and Denver Zoo, on all employment-related issues; and
- Presenting workplace-related training sessions, including on the mediation process, to the City’s managerial employees.
Prior to her government service, Natalia practiced in the private sector. As Of Counsel Attorney with Greenberg Traurig, Natalia's responsibilities included:
- Defending Fortune 500 companies in employment class and collective actions;
- Advising retail, hospitality, and non-profit clients on employment law matters, with an emphasis on sexual harassment and discrimination; and
- Multi-lingual work, including Spanish-language workplace investigations and mediations, and the translation of German business documents.
As an attorney with the law firms of Snell & Wilmer and Lindquist & Vennum, Natalia oversaw employment and commercial litigation cases.
